Ms. Dipika Panchmatia has a long standing practice in profession having over 12 years of experience. Ms. Dipika Panchmatia has been associated with the firm since 2010 and is presently a Partner of the Firm.

Ms. Dipika Panchmatia has expertise in insolvency matters and has advised and represented secured as well as unsecured creditors, Corporate Debtors and Insolvency Resolution Professionals before the National Company Law Tribunal during CIRP as well as liquidation proceeding. Ms. Dipika Panchmatia has represented Resolution Professionals from Waterfall Resolution Professional LLP who has acted as Resolution Processionals in respect of many listed, unlisted companies including Housing Development and Infrastructure Limited, Alfara’s Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. etc.

Ms. Dipika Panchmatia has been involved in various commercial transactions like Joint Venture Agreements, Shareholder Agreements, share purchase Agreements, service agreements, franchise agreements to name a few. She also advises clients on corporate restructuring and has handled many merger and amalgamation transactions in respect of listed and unlisted companies.

Ms. Dipika Panchmatia has a deep knowledge and understanding in respect of laws governing real estate transactions. She advises clients on different types of property transactions like sale, lease, development, redevelopment of the property in different parts of India including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Diu and Daman.
