Mr. P. N. Kapadia is an Advocate and Solicitor who has a rich and prestigious career spanning almost 5 (five) decades. Prior to establishing Vigil Juris, Mr. P. N. Kapadia was a Partner at leading law firm in Mumbai for 21 years. Mr. Kapadia and his fellow partners established Vigil Juris in 2005 and since then has been instrumental in the running and operations of the Firm.

Mr. P. N. Kapadia was instrumental in corporate law matters that laid down the position of law in certain corporate law matters which resulted in important reported judgements. Mr. P. N. Kapadia has regularly been advising listed entities, infrastructure companies and individuals as regards structuring and strategies pertaining to their various legal matters arising out of their day to day business activities. Mr. P. N. Kapadia also regularly advices and assists promoter families and entities and high net worth individuals as regards their corporate succession planning and estate planning.
